The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new digital privacy regulation being introduced on May 25, 2018.

Right to object. This includes the right of individuals to stop the processing of their data for the purpose of direct marketing.

 

Right to be notified. If there has been a data breach which compromises any of the customers' personal data, you have the right to be notified within 72 hours after becoming aware of the breach.
