These General Conditions of Sale have as their object the remote sale of products through the electronic e-commerce website www.tenutarusso.com managed by Marialuisa Russo:

The distance selling contracts conclusion through the Site are regulated by( in addition to the present conditions) Legislative Decree 206/2008 and smi (hereinafter "Consumer Code") and by the Legislative Decree 70/2003 and smi (hereinafter the "E- Commerce Decree"). Distance sales contracts concluded through the Site are governed, as well as by these General Conditions, by Legislative Decree 206/2005 and smi (hereinafter "Consumer Code") and by the Legislative Decree 70/2003 and smi (hereinafter "Electronic Commerce Decree"). The sales service is reserved for consumers (hereinafter referred to as "Customers" or "Client") as defined in art. 3 of the Consumer Code, i.e. a natural person who is acting for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial activity, commercial, craft or professional activity. These General Conditions are an integral and substantial part of the contracts entered into and concluded through the Site and, pursuant to art. 12 of the Electronic Commerce Decree. These General Conditions may be modified at any time, subject to the conditions for contracts already concluded, the new conditions will be available on the Site. The conclusion of the contract is expected exclusively in Italian Language.

Site Registration

Access to the Site does not require registration by the customer. To proceed with purchase orders the customer must provide, correctly, truthfully and completely, all the data required by the form "Customer Data", such data will be treated in compliance with the privacy legislation under according to D. Lgs. 196/2003.

Price of Products

The prices of the Products are quoted in Euros and are inclusive of all taxes and duties; however, they do not include any taxes, duties and fees applicable by the country of destination of the products, if this is different from Italy, they will be charged to the Customer. The price of the Products does not include delivery costs that will be indicated separately before the forwarding of the order and will remain at the expense of the customer.

Ordering Products

To order Products the Customer:

- has the possibility to select one or more products that will be inserted in a virtual trolley that can be viewed and modified until the order is placed and modifiable until the forwarding of the order;

- will have to supply a valid e-mail address and indicate the data for the shipment, the modalities of shipment and of payment, such as the information that will be viewable and editable until the forwarding of the order;

- will have to take vision and to accept the General Conditions, the conditions for the exercise of the right of Withdrawal and the privacy policy. Proceeding with the order until the forwarding of the same order, finally the Customer declares: that he wants to buy the ordered Products ; he knows and accepts the price conditions, shipping and payment provided by the order procedure and by these General Conditions.

Confirmation of order receipt

The forwarding of the order constitutes a proposal of purchase by the Customer to Tenuta Russo. Following the submission of the order, the customer will receive an email confirmation of receipt of order containing a summary of information relating to the characteristics of the products with an indication of the price, method of payment, delivery costs and applicable taxes and duties. The confirmation of receipt of the order will also contain the customer data of which the same is required to check the correctness and, if necessary, to promptly request a correction. The order will be stored in the database of the Site for the time necessary to process it.

Payment methods

The Customer may pay for the Products, the related taxes, duties and delivery costs by the following means through the payment methods made available on the Site: Credit Card, Bank Transfer (subject to communication via email to info.tenutarusso@gmail.com). In case of payment by bank transfer, Tenuta Russo reserves the right to accept the purchase order, only after receipt of credit on the bank account.

Shipping and delivery

The shipping and delivery costs are charged to the customer, the total amount including VAT referred to order is specified during the purchase process and reported in the Order Confirmation. The shipment of products is by Courier, so no responsibility can be attributed to Tenuta Russo in relation to events or circumstances that may delay or hinder the shipment and the delivery attributable to the Courier or force majeure. Without prejudice to the right of the customer to terminate the contract. Tenuta Russo reserves the right to not accept purchase orders that provide for delivery outside the Italian territory. Tenuta Russo will transmit the notice of shipment by e-mail to the address indicated by the Client in which will be indicated the tracking number for the verification of the state of delivery from the site of the Courier. Deliveries will be made at the address indicated by the customer in the days and times. At delivery of products by the Courier, the customer is required to verify that the number of packages is corresponding to what is indicated in the accompanying document and that the packaging is intact. Any damage to the package and/or to the Products or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately contested by means of a written control reservation on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics and of the items inside it. Tenuta Russo can not be held responsible neither for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the compilation of the purchase order by the customer, nor for any damage that may occur to the products after delivery. In case of non-delivery due to absence of the consignee, the products will be returned to Tenuta Russo, which will contact the customer to arrange a new delivery, remaining charged to the customer the additional costs of delivery. Delivery times start from the notice of shipment and are estimated as follows: Destination Estimated delivery times Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia remote italian locations and European countries 3-5 working days For the other parts of Italy 2-3 working days.

Intellectual Property

Text and graphic contents published on the Site are property of Tenuta Russo. Any improper exploitation of intellectual property is therefore forbidden. Applicable law and competent court The Distance Sale Contract, referred to in these Terms and Conditions, is governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 as amended with reference to the legislation on distance contracts and Legislative Decree no. 70/2003. The territorial jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from the conclusion of the distance sales is, in the case where the customer is a consumer, the one of the reference court of the city of residence or domicile of the consumer; in all other cases the competent court is that of Rome.

Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission has established an online platform for the alternative resolution of disputes. This Platform can be used by the European consumers to resolve in a non-judicial way any dispute concerning /relating to and/or arising from contracts for the sale of goods and services stipulated online.
