About Us

It is located at 220mts above sea level in the Salento hinterland in Apulia, the Tenuta Russo is
extends for 10 hectares where 3000 olive trees of the Picholine, Ogliarola and Leccino varieties.
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a symbol of the Italian lifestyle, a fundamental ingredient of Italian cuisine and the Mediterranean diet.
My olive harvest comes carried out by hand and with the help of shakers.
At the end of the day of harvesting, the olives are transported to the mill for the processing which is carried out at a temperature never exceeding 27 degrees : the extra virgin olive oil obtained is thus decanted, filtered and packaged to maintain its organoleptic properties unchanged.
